You must be at least 18 years old to shop in our online store. If you are under 18, you need the consent of your guardian. Products produced by Printful (shirts, prints, other physical products) can be delivered all over Europe.


All prices include 24% VAT.

Payment method

Payment in the online store takes place either via Paypal or MobilePay. You can choose a suitable payment method with your order.

Delivery time

Tattoo models are not delivered physically, but by buying a model you buy the right to tattoo it on yourself. The model cannot be taken to another tattoo artist, but an appointment must be booked on Fera Obscura's appointment page. If we find that the model reserved from the online store was made elsewhere, we reserve the right to charge the tattoo recipient an amount equal to the value of the tattoo.

Shipping time for physical products is 7-21 business days (Mon-Fri) and is produced and delivered by Printful. Fera Obscura is not responsible for production or delivery delays. The customer is always responsible for the accuracy of his information and that the sent product is picked up from the post office. We do not resend returned shipments.

Shipping charges

The delivery charges for the order are always announced before the order is accepted.

Right of return

According to the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days. The return period begins on the day you have received your order or a substantial part of it.

The right of return does not usually apply to tattoo models, but if you change your mind within 14 days of booking the model, you will get a full refund of the booking fee. For model bookings canceled after 14 days we will not refund the booking fee.

The right of return is only valid if the product is in its original condition. The customer has the right to examine the product, but opening the product, removing the seal, and trying the product is prohibited.

If we have sent the wrong product to the customer, the return is always free of charge. Otherwise, the customer pays the return postage.

In cases of returns, the refund is made to the payment method used in the order.

Complaint and defective product

If the wrong product is delivered to the buyer or the product is damaged, the customer must inform the seller of this as soon as possible. The product can be returned according to the instructions given after the complaint. The new product will be mailed to the customer as soon as possible.


If the transaction has been canceled fairly, for example due to the right of return or a complaint, we always return the money from the canceled purchase to the consumer within 30 days. We do not replace stolen products. We also do not replace uncollected or returned products if the return has not been agreed with the customer.
